Summit Project Group ("we", "us", "our") operates SummitTools.ai, SummitPG.ca, and Summit Automation. This page explains what information we collect across these sites and how we use it. It does not apply to the product dashboards you access after signing in, which are covered by their own in-app terms.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly — for example, your name and email address when you send us a message, request a demo, or book an automation audit. If you use one of our tools (like the SummitTools calculators or the SummitPG bid comparison), we process the files and figures you upload only to generate your result; we don't sell or share that content.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, purely for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver the tool or report you requested, and occasionally follow up about our products. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not run advertising trackers on these marketing pages.
Cookies
These marketing pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Product dashboards may use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in; those are covered separately in each product's own terms.
Data retention & security
We keep contact and account information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@summitpg.ca. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
